Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial offer. The legal basis is the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted after 24 months. Records tied to a completed transaction are retained for the statutory commercial and tax retention period.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@orbis-trade.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
